Hi, I'm Racheli.
I'm a brow master trainer with an international SCALPA certification. In my studio in Pardes Hanna-Karkur I create soft, realistic brows in my own R.A technique, and I correct permanent makeup done elsewhere.
I also teach. Every student learns with me personally, one-on-one or in a very small group, until the craft is truly theirs.
